Loma vs Lopez is a bigger fight that hard-core fans actually want to see.

Nobody wants to see Tank fight LSC. Its a bs fight whether its on Fox, Showtime or PPV.

I'll take Loma-Lopez doing more buys.

No offense, but you have to be slow to think Loma vs Lopez will do more buys. Tank and LSC are both bigger names

Also, hardcores don't make up the majority of bought PPV's. It's all about the casuals

You seem to take any criticism of Davis kinda personal. You on his team?

I think Davis is a helluva fighter but imo he doesn't have the following to main event a ppv.

Nah. I also agree any fight other than against Loma isn't a PPV worthy. I wouldn't pay for a Santa Cruz or Russell fight.

But I don't cry about it.

For example, if Loma-Lopez were to go on PPV, I would pass it completely. It isn't that important to me. It's their choice, but I wouldn't watch it.

They are rushing him to PPV, and this kid has not even fought an elite opponent yet, we know nothing about him, only that he has a problem staying in shape.

If he were to fight Lomo, that's a PPV fight, maybe even Lopez a year from now, but that's it, he is the B side of of a major PPV fight.

The problem with him is his ceiling, at 5 foot 5, with questionable defensive skills, and an "I already made it attitude", he won't be a force beyond 135 pounds, and right now, he isn't even the 3rd best fighter in that division.

This entire mini Tyson persona is smoke and mirrors, and Floyd in his wisdom understands there is a time limit on Davis keeping that zero, so as usual, the money man is cashing in before sh/t hits the fan, this is an extremely greedy move by Mayweather promotions, it's insane Haymon is allowing this, the fans are not paying to see Gervonta as the headline attraction, they will pay to see him fight somebody that could potentially kick his a$$, which is the primary reason Mayweather fights sold like crazy,

If Gervonta actually had people in his corner that cared about him, he would continue putting on house shows, fight credible opposition when you do it, establish a viable track record with the mainstream public, then go to PPV, that process would take 2 years tops.

Instead, the kid is being used, and he is too arrogant to realize it.
I agree with U but if any morons want to pay to see him fight NOBODIES. Thats THEIR PROBLEM. I aint paying for that sheeeit.
Let me just also point out the last PPV/$$$ ive payed for in the last 5 years. GGG/Canelo; Pac/Thurman then Pac/Mayweathery; Loma/cambell. I love crawford but he hasnt really fought any REAL THREATS.
Im a boxing guy but will PPV at least 3 MMA matches a year. Kinda tells u how disappointed im am for boxing.

Well hardcores and casuals don't give af about Tank vs LSC.

I'm done with Tank fighting worthless fights. I know he can KTFO smaller C level fighter's. It's time to step up and fight top competition, if he wants people to pay 75 bucks to see him fight.

Loma vs Lopez is a fight hardcores like me want to see. Number 1 vs Number 2 and its a great match up.
