Prime Felix Trinidad vs. Ike Quartey at 147: Who would win?

This is one fight that I had wish would happen long ago. I am a fan of both but I just can't see Quartey's chin holding up to Trinidads onslaught.

Looking for some educated opinions on what would have happen if they fought. ANyone think Quartey had a chance of winning?

I picked Ike in a close fight.I can see him getting KOed too but think his skill and jab may have been able to earn him enough rounds so long as he could stay on his feet.

I guess... Trinidad's chin wasn't all that solid, but he never really seemed hurt, just stunned. Plus after he got knocked down was some of the best fighting he did (Mayorga, Oba Carr, Vargas). I don't think Quartey could stand up to his power is the bottom line. I see Quartey a little bit like Carr but better (especially because he schooled Carr head to head). In the end I think mid to late round KO/TKO for Tito

Quartey definitely had a shot at winning. The one thing I think would swing the fight in Tito's favor is the fact that Quartey loved to get into brawls. That isn't a wise choice against Tito.

        Trinidad by late round TKO.

Ike by decision... unless Ike has a brain fart. He can box better than Tito and has plenty of power. He'll toss out the hard jab and follow it up with some sick punches. It's somewhat of a pick em' fight anytime you're dealing with Cheato Triniwraps due to his power though.

Exactly. I think that Quartey has the right skills to beat Trinidad, but I think he was too easily suckered into a brawl.

Ike is strong, fast, and has a sick jab,
we all know how tito handles the jabs, i think Ike would outscore him , but tito would KO him.... so Tito

Is the Cheato in reference to his move against Vargas. Dirtiest/Smartest thing I have seen in a big fight.

The CHeato Triniwraps is a joke about his supposed illegal hand dressings. I don't buy them at all, but I've always found the name ****ing hilarious.
