You do know Manny Pacquiao holds the most "Lineal" titles in history? He won the Lineal Title in the Flyweight, Featherweight, Super Feather, Light Welter, Welterweight.

A decade is 10 years... which you know. It begins with ONE, it ends with TEN, as you know. Yet many still make the mistake of miscalculating decades and centuries endings and beginnings. MannyP is a very great fighter but not yet entered the 20s decade. It will begin at 12.01 am on Jan 1st 2021. I hope I am still here to see it, as I am now a very old man.

Maybe you don't recall the "Y2000 scare which cost the world hundreds of billions, because they all thought that the 20th century ended at 1999, and the new one began at 2000. This of course was wrong and all the new computers acted exactly like the old ones.
