He's being brought along well and will have his opportunity to show and prove against Campbell/Fortuna. Just heal up from the injury, and don't balloon up in weight so you're close to fighting shape when it's time to train. At this point in his craeer, Haney still has a lot of control over his destiny.
It's not hard. Just look at how Arum had a plan for Lomachenko and Teofimo. The plan that boxed out Haney.

Loma beat Campbell and Teofimo got the quick KO, so this scenario played out perfectly in TR's favor. If Campbell beat Loma and Teofimo lost to Commey, it would've been worse-case scenario for TR and Arum would've had to rethink whatever plans he had. It's unfortunate that Haney got injured, kinda puts a damper on his momentum because he could've fought Campbell for the WBC belt. Ultimately, Campbell/Haney is Matchroom's ideal scenario for the moment. The future would be Haney vs. Ryan Garcia (WBC #3) in 2020-21.

How long is Haney's contract with Matchroom?

DAZN and Hearn are boxing's biggest promotors right now. Like it or not.

              Exactly my feelings
Sounds like Haney is ok with this strategy of not having a plan
Anyway , he’s young as fugh and has time to do many different things
Imo , Haney is a force to be reckoned with , just needs to get healed now

Considering that you can't get DAZN where you live, how the **** would you know?

I have DAZN, and no. It's not boxing's biggest network or boxings biggest anything.

Haney was boxed out before he got hurt. He got hurt in a fight he took because Lomachenko refused to fight him. Bob tried to get Teofimo for the vacant WBC belt but that didn't work so then he got Lomachenko for the vacant WBC belt. Haney got boxed out from fighting Teofimo, Campbell, and Lomachenko.

They certainly have the best overall fights though. I have sky sports which effectively is the same as dazn and I’m not even tempted to buy bt sports which is effectively espn. Showtime generally have stuff for American fans but outside wilder have recently been nothing appealing to me at all. Wilder has been picked up by sky anyway so been able to watch, the others I don’t think have.

In the UK matchroom are now a long long way ahead of anyone else. Frank Warren literally has two men, one of which (fury) isn’t even fighting uk time.

In the US the gap is clearly not as long but if you could only choose to watch one set of fights I’m sure the majority would be picking dazn. I’ve setup a seperate thread/poll to test this theory
