My Opa had an amateur title in Friesland. My Dad is a lifelong fan. Us three sons have been huge fans since about six years old. Donny Lalondes brother was in my class in elementary school. He put up posters for the Leonard fight. We’ve always been on top of it. I have one friend who never misses anything like us. I have enough friends that will watch the superfights to throw a party. But boxing is one of the most important things that brings the boys in my family together. I think I’m very lucky.
How many people in your social circle watch boxing?

Similar. My Dad when he was around and now just me and my brother. I'd happily watch it alone though. I do for some lower end fights that my brother sometimes doesn't watch. Love the boxing, never miss it.Comment

My pops and like one childhood friend. When I lived in NYC, there was at least 7. But when I left they stopped except for 1. Because I would be the one to know of upcoming fights and tell everyone about it. Since I left they stopped caring about boxing.
There are coworkers, maybe like 3 who watch some fights, but they are not in my social circle although we discuss fights pre-fight and post fight at work, but I don’t count that.Comment

One friend in my hometown, and another in San Antonio. That's about it. Now that I'm on the east coast, I realize people don't like staying up untill 1am to watch the main event.Comment

A couple of my neighbors are boxing fans. We used to take turns throwing fight parties, where a lot of casuals would show up. My brother watches boxing, but not as much as he used to. If we’re talking about people who turn on the TV specifically to watch boxing, maybe four or five.Comment
