Why do i keep hearing about metal in Wilders right hand?

Hell, he couldn't KO Fury or Arreola despite hitting them both with his right hand hard.
Let him fight Kownacki or Ruiz (just to name these two with great chins from top 10) and we shall see if he KO them.

Joshua with his weak chin would not be any gauge for Wilder's real power. If Wilder avoids Joshua it's because he is afraid of losing to him via KO, not afraid he can't KO him.

His KOs don't notice any difference. Between the two explanations I'd lean PEDs.


Truth is an afternoon spent looking into kinesiology, specifically kinematic chains and links, explains all power punchers. Wilder included. You can't get much more out of Wilder's body than he's given you.

Inversely, Joshua and Fury's posture forces certain structures, or chains, to not happen which in turn brings down their output in comparison to their potential.

In simple words, both Josh and Ty are bigger men and can potentially hit hard, yet, neither do because both Josh and Ty have far more concern with their defense.

PEDs does not give you magic abilities. You can't say on it's PEDs and leave it at that, plenty of PEDs users are not hitters, plenty of heavy handed PED users lack Wilder's KO % and the number od dead-sleep style KOs.

Far as anything in his hands, it'd cause more problems than would solve in this case. I'd be the guy responsible for making the hardware in the first place. I know exactly what my prosthetics etc do.

I'd bank on his surgeon actually being worth a damn, PEDs could easily be part of it, personally I am jaded and sit on the side of everyone uses what PEDs they can get away with, but ultimately Wilder hits harder than most because it's all he is focused on and it isn't all most are focused on.



All else being equal, the man going backwards doesn't hit as hard as the man going forward. The man standing tall can't possibly throw an uppercut with the energy of a man who has a deep knee bend applied to his stance.

You don't need any knowledge of physics for this idea to be true though. Look back to bare knuckle techniques, you know the era when everyone did focus on damage and things like mobility were secondary. Wilder fights like a bare knuckle fighter because they share the same goals not because Deontay has actually read a book and applied that knowledge.

I think he and Joshua are both clean.
All the testing done by both would have produced an adverse finding by now.
