This is professional boxing. If you aren’t focused on your business you aren’t doing it properly.
That’s the part I dong get...he had JUST won the wbc strap. They weren’t calling a mandatory...Loma could have waited until the IBF fight either way.

TR surely has a plan and no part of that plan was defending against Haney, who is high risk, low reward.

Haney is the least lucrative but most dangerous out of tank, Lopez and Haney. Any credible boxing fan understands that Loma is at the point where his team is going to try and make the most lucrative fights rather than mando defenses against young guys that pose risk.

His diehard fans need to accept this and stop trying to justify things.

I don’t mind that as they made it clear. No point in rinsing them over it. I would only criticise them when or if they are taking shots at others or calling out boxer that we all know he isn’t going to fight.... for example Tank calling out Josh Taylor when we know he doesn’t want that smoke (Yet).
This is true as well. Tank is drawing well and they don’t want to risk losing that.

Of course Mayweather, as the most boring fighter of his era, will stand in the way of what could be an exciting fight between Davis and Lomachenko.
Floyd says Loma's aging and Tank can make the same money fighting easier fighters. It's just business, doe.

Shame. Haney is the one i like most of the three, but he’s over on the dead zone getting no views.

Loma knew it would be better business to get the franchise tag to set up a title fight with an in house fighter than it was to fight his mandatory.

All these guys are businessmen. Some do better business than others

BINGO! Instead we have posters that like certain guys that try to pretend they are not concerned with money but “legacy”.

Used to be the biggest fights earned the most money because networks have to bid on fights.

Now that guys have exclusive network deals, they get big money regardless of who they fight.

So where exactly is the incentive for them to make the best fights?
