i saw mosley in the amateurs and seen his whole career also. I don't believe he would do well with loma at all. prime mosley had power/speed and great reflexes, but loma is in his own class. If this fight were to have happen i would be all over it. I just don't see anyone of that caliber of skills as lomachenko. Imo lomachenko would have picked mosley apart in 8 rds. cheers

Shane has the wins over de la Hoya.

Exactly WHO has Lomafako ever beaten?

Then you must have just started watching boxing two days ago.

Just because Loma would probably lose to a bigger fighter in Mosley, doesn't mean he's not the better fighter. He's just not a true 135 pounder, whereas Shane is (and more)

Styles makes fights... Neither have ever fought that type of style.

              LMAO.

Yes, styles make fights - however - Shane has wins over "A" list opponents.

Beating the Linares' of the world and LOSING to a journeyman doens't mean you have what it takes to compete with a guy like prime Shane.

Styles makes fights...Shane not a traditional boxer. If his speed doesn't back him up he leaves himself open to counters.

Obviously Shane would be fast and have more power.

I don't see either dominating the other, but i slightly favor Loma to pull out a split. He has better technique, better inside fighter, better counter puncher.

Im not just gon say he loses based on opponents. Cuz Loma resume will never compare to Shanes or anyone from that era.

But but your logic i should pic every lightweight vs Loma just cuz they had better opponents and disregard the style match up.

Nah mate it don't work like that

If Loma is so skilled that prime mosley wouldn’t be much of a challenge, then why was a smaller, slower fighter with less power and skill like linares able to give him so much trouble?

Shane would walk through whatever Lomafako threw at him.

Yes, styles make fights - and we've seen Lomafako LOSE to a guy like Salido - who made the fight very rough and physical. The kind of fight where a guy like Shane is right at home. Mosley would come right at Lomafako and make it a very physical affair. Lomafako lacks the power to keep a guy like Shane honest. The fact of the matter is this, last time we saw Lomafako with anyone bringing anything close to what Mosley had @ 135 was the Salido fight - and we all saw what happened there. OTOH, the only guys we've seen beat Shane were the very best of the best.

Shane stops Lomafako in a fight that isn't competitive...

Well version of Loma are we talking then? Loma in his 2nd pro fight or the Loma right now? Cuz u bringing up that fight like Loma hasn't developed his style since then he don't even fight the same. We both know Loma would mop Salido.
The way Shane throws his right hand out and doesn't use a real jab, Loma would counter him, and u say he walk through them, but inside that ring fighters are more wary of clean punches, if he aint a guy known for walking through shots all night Margarito he aint finna be just walking through counter punches like u think.
