If the Indiana State Boxing Commission says he TESTED positive for steroids then it is different than Bonds. Bonds has never had a positive test and believe me if he did the court of public opinion would swiftly give out the death sentence. -
But he doesn't punch as hard as use to do when he was on the Juice, same as Jones.Originally posted by rocco1252vargas is a completely different story guys, he was in more battles than jones ever was due to his fight style, you lose that part of you that fighting instinct and dont maintain all the traits you once had, your not the same fighter and he wasnt the same fighter after he got ko'd against Trinidad sure he had some impressive knockouts but those can come from anyone at anytime it's just a matter of luck not power. Same thing with Jones accept age is against him not being battled scarred like Vargas.
Both men lost alot power in their punches, you can be old and washed up you just don't lose your punching power at that age.Comment

Hmmm....I dont really believe that Roy's punching power came from juice. Roy was the kind of quick and super accurate puncher, and that can only came from training and talent, But do I think that Roy juiced, yes, I do. Just look at his body, especially back his back, fighters do have strong backs, but his was ripped like a mother****er, which only comes with thorough training and supplement intake. His arms, esp. biceps, the devision between outer and inner bicep, no amount of boxing will get you that(it took me a bout 3 month to get that) just thorough training and supplements. Also, Roy had pretty small built, but a lot of muscle on it. While all these points dont directly prove that he juiced, they can give you the bigger picture. His weight fluctations also say a lot about his training regime, to gain muscle mass so quickly with such a small frame and narrow bones is really ****ing hard.Comment
