The dumbest argument in boxing history. Floyd was always 2 years older than Pacquiao. Made zero sense for for him to wait out Pac because he was aging just as fast too. In fact it made more sense for Floyd to fight Manny in 2009 which he tried to do before the steroids testing got in the way.

Floyd was 38 years old during the fight. Floyd never gets credit for dominating an atg at such an advanced age. At the same age, Muhammad Ali was getting his ass beat by Larry Holmes and everyone cited Ali's age as an excuse to downplay Holmes victory.

That is one of the most asinine statements I've ever heard. If anything Pac has aged more gracefully than Mayweather. As a matter of fact, if the two were to rumble now or sometime 2020; I would easily favor Pac to defeat Money May who turns 43 years of age in February.
