    It's Mayweather.

Which is why you're coming up with ****** rules to try and rule him out.
Your correct sir I had Mayweather at first but after watching videos on You tube and seeing how ppl actually put Ward ahead of Pacquiao I decided that since it’s a decade of accomplishments it’s only fair to add some criteria to keep the bias ness in check! I don’t like Pacquiao or Floyd but that doesn’t mean that I have to pretend like they didn’t do nothing in the sport, and for someone to put Andre Ward ahead of Pacman for fighter of the decade is unacceptable! Shoot, a fighter that I dislike even more than Pac and Mayweather is GGG but even he was a bigger draw and was more active than Andre Ward. Criteria is necessary to keep the idiots away.

A win over a drained green nel o and former flyweight doesn't make your resume the best. What are you smoking? Fighting only 5 years and half as less as your peer also don't make you fotd.
To be fighting only half as many opponents as your peers is not only downright liberty taking. You'd be expected to be fighting serial killers every fight to make up for it. Floyd certainly didnt
