Take Thurman out and Pac's decade looks down right mediocre. NOT FOTD material

Use a 10 & 5 point scoring system per a fight over two criteria.

        1) Significance of the fight. (Out of 10)
        2) Manner of Victory (Out of 5)
2a) If a fighter gets a loss, minus points (Out of 5)

Unification bouts worth the most followed by championship bouts, and obviously the level of their opponent.
Mismatches and fighting tomato can get you very little. Location as well, going to an opponent's backyard.

Dominant KO victories and followed by shut out at the top end, and SD and controversial decision at the bottom end.

One bonus point for each fighter of the year a fighter has won

Two bonus points for each year finishing p4p number 1.

        Minus 5 points for doping.

Minus 3 points for each belt vacated or being stripped, Unless a move up in weight category has happened.

Just say your fighter of the year is Canelo and be done with it.

Well the first one would be
            FIGHTER.

            Candidates have to actually fight.

What's with all these ****** rules? It's so damn simple. Who has the best resume of the decade is all that matters.

              It's Mayweather.

Which is why you're coming up with ****** rules to try and rule him out.

Floyd doesn’t fight, he runs hugs and jabs and wins by safe decisions. So no, nice try tho.

Staying active throughout the decade, fought against champions, do something significant, make a strong case near the end of the decade... All of which were done by RJJ and GrandPac during their respective decades... Similar to Fighter of the Year, just in a span of a decade...

                  Canelo is the rightful winner...

It pains me to say this for those who try insisting that TBE (not The Best Ever) is the winner just because he beat Canelo and GrandPac but, there's a reason why Donaire won the 2012 FOTY over JMM despite having the biggest massacre of that year...

If a nominee is going to flaunt around a mediocre 2010-2019 resume, that nominee better had won all of those fights.

Floyd resume for 2010-2019 is quite mediocre.

                      Is Mcgregor his best win?
                      Or Tenshin?
