This generation of fighters has no desire to be great. They just want to get paid. And that’s fine. Well, I wouldn’t call what Vasyl had “trouble.” He won a wide UD. And that fight took place at 135, while Tank beat Pedraza at 130. There’s a difference. Gervonta was tearing through people at 130. Last night, at 135, he didn’t look too hot versus a way over-the-hill, one-legged fighter.

We all see that, but he has to actually prove it in the ring. He's passing the eye test against guys that you would always expect a promising talent to beat, if he's worth all of the hype being thrown around. Beyond that, it simply isn't very exciting to watch fights that have no drama. Davis has to start taking fights that at least have the appearance of him losing, and start making weight consistently.
