The rematch with Ortiz did over $4 million in ticket sales, even though Ortiz has no fanbase whatsoever.

Every single boxing match is assessed on one or more of these things.
In the end though, every fight is assessed solely on dollars. US PPV is where the big dollars are for a fight of this magnitude. Wilder will make close to what Joshua was offering by fighting Fury, but Joshua can't make anywhere near what he would make fighting Wilder anywhere else.

What more evidence do these Wilder morons need?

    1. He won't answer phone calls, e mails, or have a meeting.
    2. He has ADMITTED they're begging him to make the fight
    3. He has turned down 100 Million dollars plus.
Not sure what you're talking about, there have been plenty of meetings. The head of DAZN admitted he ruined the most recent meeting by being. They were begging Wilder to make the fight under unfair terms. He didn't turn down 100 million for the fight, he turned down fighting Breazeale on DAZN. That's the only thing he turned down.

We'll never know if Wilder would have accepted the 40 million to fight Joshua because Joshua lost.

Not whilst Wilders team talks big but never returns a contract.

LOL "casual Brits", we run the Heavyweight division and saved boxing from obscurity when it collapsed in the US (where people prefer to watch semi fat dancers pretend to wrestle).

AJ reignited a dying sport, Wilder was an unknown champion, very few Americans had even heard of him until AJ and Fury got involved and massively upped his profile.

We revived the sport that was dying under your watch. Casual Yanks.

You can't just sweep away the FACT that Wilder, Finkel and co simply ignore all approaches by saying you "don't know what I'm talking about." If Wilder wanted this fight it'd be done, it is as simple as that. He is full of s*&t, maybe you Americans are not very good at recognizing B%$#@*&t when you hear it, after all, some say you may vote that moron in a second time lol. Anyway, Wilder is full of bs, he is deliberately pricing himself out because he's afraid to lose. He may win, anyone with eyes in their head will say that this is a tough fight to call, even AJ admits that (because he keeps things real), but Wilder is just a mouthpiece liar who don't want it from AJ. Hope Fury does the job in Feb (I personally think Wilder destroys him this time), and then boxing fans will get the unification fight they deserve. Wilder, spoiling the party looking for mandatories to take a belt away from AJ, what a princess.

Fair enough Scipio, you're entitled to your opinion.
For me, the side that has bent and been most flexible and demonstrated the greatest efforts to make the fight is by far and away Joshua / Hearn.
Try to put aside allegiances and look at the facts. Joshua has tried everything to the point where Wilder himself is openly saying they're begging for the fight.

So....we know which side is really trying to make the fight.

The difference in the effort and the communication is night and day. Hearn is transparent and speaks sense. Hearn openly says Joshua is his boss, and that is correct. Wilder openly says that he will do what his advisors tell him to - which is ironic cos he was ****ing on about white slavemasters not too long ago. It's easy to see who is the pro here, who wants it and who is just running their mouth off.

Hope Fury wins (I think Wilder knocks him out), but that is what is best for boxing. We need guys like Whyte in with Wilder, guys who dgaf about politics and just want to fight. Fury is a cherry picker too, but I believe he will fight AJ. Wilder never will. If 100 mill is not enough that boy don't want it for any amount.

60/40 Joshua, with Wilder traveling to the UK, was fair Fall 2018, and that was never even close to being offered by Hearn/Joshua, regardless of all of these protestations.

Heck, Joshua got a shown real offer to come to the US for $50m against half of whatever take would be, and Joshua said no to that too.

And Dillian Whyte pissed dirty for steroid byproducts in his system, with the charges stalemated there because UKAD didn't or couldn't look any further, and Whyte didn't bring forward any tainted supplement to clear his name either.

40% is good so of course the rematch would happen unless either fury is scared of the power, or wilder is scared of being outboxed and made to look silly and also scared of fury new found kronk power
