Does Davis Still Have Big Power At 135?

What's your opinion? He is reminding me of Broner more and more. Staring down his shots because he is used to them KOing smaller opponents. Low punch output as well. Was a noticeable drop in power for Broner when he moved from 130 to 135.

Remains to be seen, but not a good start going 12 rounds against a one-legged chinny Gamboa who was stood in front of him all night.

No, he does not; Because of his small stature his power is at 130 and below.

Gamboa has been dropped 17 times going into this fight? And on one leg he went 12 rounds with the most feared puncher in his weight class..........

Based on Gamboa chin, age and stamina i do think its fair to say his power is only decent at lightweight and that its me being generous.

Need to see more of him at this weight to determine that.

His power looked terrible tonight, Gamboa is more than shot and had one leg.

I think Davis is not a monster puncher as he has been hyped up to be, but he is explosive and when he lands shots you don't see, he will at least buzz you. Solid B+ power, and honestly, I think that's enough power to put Lomachenko away. Tank vs Loma is 50-50. Tank will get better at the weight as well, first fight can often be difficult. Needs to get serious though and start making weight right.

From the eye test, it looks like he has huge power for 130 and below....135 is another animal though, not sure if he carries it

Doesn't that mean the fight was fixed?
