Teofimo is too sweet to destroy Gervonta, Loma on the other hand could frustrate him & get a decision

I don't think he's too sweet. The real problem with Teofimo is that he could be countered hard by Davis, and knocked out himself. After all, Lopez got to Commey's chin a split second before Commey did... When big punchers are involved, one just never knows.

Raised in LA. Got stationed in Tx while in the Army. Stayed in Tx when I got out. Also I majored in Comm Studies by the way. Texas Tech class of 2006.

Well for two KO fighters that are known for that and someones 0 on the line also. It would make for a great fight for that class of fighters for sure. If it went the distance everyone would be mad though.

Even though I feel Loma is gonna beat lopez. Lopez has a fight with Davis even after losing his 0 and belt that he can shoot for.

Tanks power is a pipe dream, his weight advantage is over, whole different ball game when you fight fighters your own size, and his skills just plain sucks

Though I posted comments here, I do not agree with the thread's theory.

I believe they would be fights I'd love to see, and hopefully with Tank in great condition. Make no mistake, I like Gervonta.

Still, over this weekend he didn't do himself any favor to raise his stock. As you say, it was a good enough but not an exceptional performance against an injured, weak-chinned Gamboa.

And the usual weight issues for good measure.

People get too confident about a boxers demise after a bad or less than ideal performance. Wasn't that long ago cats were saying Teofimo would lose to Commey.
