    Let’s make it happen!
Oh is that what it was??
Boom I'm not really even a Floyd fan but I can recognize real when I see it.
I can also recognize fakes so goodbye.

Anyway Floyd pretty much schoo;ed Canelo when they fought he could hardly touch him and now you think he would set a trap for Floyd and knock him out.
I don't think so but that's what this forum is about different opinions.
Your right Nelo would have to k\o Floyd to beat him but I just can't see Money getting tagged.
Yep. Does anyone else remember nelos trainer saying it was like watching a man beat a child? I don’t care to speculate about a comeback fight at sum higher weight. We know Nelo was well over 160 in ring vs Floyd. My brother always reminds me that Canelo was 23 and not as young as sum like to remember in their heads. Canelo had it close with Cotto also. I like Nelo and think he’s improved a lot, especially his footwork, defence, and he doesn’t step back have to reset as often. Still I don’t see Nelo going purple ( F1 term ) or throwing 100 punches in a round even if he had to. He always takes a round or two off somewhere. I’ve never seen him badly cut. One day he might run out of time and not get the rub like he used to. I’ll also admit to him being the current Pope. He doesn’t “HAVE” to do anything. Extra credit to fight BJS in UK.

        Great post Beast.
I agree Canelo has learnt alot since he went thru the Mayweather school but too many IFS to call a fight between the two without knowing exactly what the rules of the fight would be.

Canelo just KO’d Kovalev, he would knock the FUG outta Floyd. But Floyd wouldn’t fight him. No chance.
          - -The reason Canelo first fought at 155 was Cottos demand for that catchwt.

The other times was Marketing while staying in that zone for the TUE 51-0 rematch who refused to fight GGG at 154.

Boy ain't fighting at 160 unless it's the Tenshin rematch!!!

As strong and experienced as Canelo is now, and with Floyd being 45 years old when they fight, he’s not making it past 8 rounds. Canelo lays him out inside 8. One nasty body shot all it’ll take.
These are all the reasons Floyd should rematch nelo. If Floyd can overcome adversity and beat nel o when nobody gives him a chance.
Then Floyd will be even better than we thought as many thought he was a cherry picking, overrated home fighter getting as many advantages he can get.

And the same people who now want long retired Floyd fight at a weight he never fought before were mad at GGG for wanting to fight Floyd at 154, when Floyd held a belt at this weight...

At the time of the fight, a lot of well respected boxing reporters where picking against Floyd Mayweather 'That fight was Mayweather's last great performance, where he really separated himself from the rest of the boxing world in terms of performance'

Right. I hope Nelo gets to his young “Canelo” one day. May the best man win.

Can you imagine the backlash floyd would get if he was 29 and wanted to fight a 43 year old?
