You mean after the Horn loss, a fight in which the majority of boxing fans felt Pac was robbed?

Yes, that one. Doesn't mean what I said wasn't true. Then he had a year layoff and fought an incredibly over the hill Lucas Matthysee in Kuala ****ing Lumpur because he couldn't fight in America. Everyone thought he was finished. It's revisionist history to say otherwise.

It's untrue though. Pac almost KO'd Horn in the 9th round, outlanded him, etc.

People were even saying Arum was trying to cash out on Pac and replace him with Horn; hence the robbery.

Teddy Atlas was livid at the decision as were other pugilists throughout the community.

So for you to try and paint a narrative of Loma not wanting to fight Pac because he felt sympathetic for him is actually glossing over what the real issue here is.

Pac is/was a very dangerous fighter that could match Loma in speed and IQ and Loma wanted no part of it.

Be a fan of the sport, not a fan of the fighter.

From what I remember, Pac wasn't going to come down. I think the most that was discussed was 140? So you have an ATG 147 lber coming down to 140 (or more likely Pac will insist on CW of 143 or 144) - it would likely be too much for Loma who's a 130/135 fighter.

Having said that, I firmly believe that Loma should take Pac fight. Yes, it's extremely dangerous, but the blend of skill level, experience, and a P4P past vs. present storylines in it, it's sad that this fight was never made. Loma should make this in the spring, win or lose, both guys go home winners. That's a legacy fight for both of them.

Yeah bro, i think that comment was made before the thurman fight. Looks to be a null point since that fight seeing as pac looked good.

oh i see..after reading few of your posts, you seem like a hater, that looks for reasons to dis Vasiliy.

1st he said - there is no reason for going up to 140 and fighting pac, he is too old, unless he goes down to 135, why not, let's do it.

2nd of all Loma said - If Pac comes down to 135, and Arum would say go for it, there is a need for this battle - I would fight him with a heart beat.

As Pac mentioned many times before - Arum is his master and chief. so I doubt there would of been problems to organise this fight.

now when did Pac looked healthy at 135 again? 10+ years ago?

quit with this ****** bull**** buddy

watch these silly hype train folks. they will pick this **** up as soon as Lopez loses. After Lopez they will claim he ducks, Haney, then Gervonta..and of course Manny P.

140 is not good for Lomo who was coming from 126-130 he said 135 and Manny said no to that.

Be like like a MW saying he will come to 154 for Manny , I guarantee you Manny would not take it.
