Am I the only 1 that didnt see the fight that close? I pretty much seen Taylor take 8rds

Dude I was there. I had Taylor winning 9 rounds and I gave Prograis a couple of swing rounds. The fight was close but Taylor imposed his will on Prograis for most of it and that's that. Prograis is still making a fair point about Taylor not screwing up his profile or even career.
I feel quite let down by my hometown boy but everyone deserves a chance to redeem themselves.

But it was one of those fights where every round was competitive, ie a really good fight. I agree that Taylor probably edged about 8 rounds (at least 7), but it was a hard-fought win.

If Taylor really is boozing it up and on the chems, the effects will show up in the ring later (as it always does).

I thought the fight could have gone anyway and I didn't interpret Prograis' remarks as being critical of Taylor. Regis was surprisingly humble and gracious in defeat for a fight I thought he could have very well won. The two guys hung out after the fight from what I recall.
