Never, I repeat NEVER misunderestimate the Horninator. Where there is Jeff, there is hope. Crawford got lucky coz Jeff had a bad back and a touch of flu on fight week.

Horn can be a hot or cold fighter, his style requires the utmost in commitment and determination plus peak fitness, without that he can look very ordinary like he did against Crawford. Zerafa was rated #7 at middleweight before their second fight so he's no push over at that weight which was one step up too much for Horn. The haters are running out of excuses as to why he is not what his record clearly shows.

Didn’t know this fight already happened. Just watched the 9th round on YouTube. Man. Jeff is a warrior. Lol. He was getting beat from pillar to post and weathered that. Good job dude.

Bizarrely, I think that cut saved him. The ref did the right thing by stopping the action and having the doc look at it as it was as bad a cut as you can get, and the amount of blood covering both of them would have made it hard for the ref to see if it was a fight-stopper or not - but it gave Horn the breather he needed to go land that punch that changed the fight.
