Lou Del Valle, former fighter. Lou Dibella, current promoter.
It was Lou Duva, who was Golota's trainer. Father-in-law to Kathy Duva, I believe.Comment

I like characters in boxing - Angel seemed like he was going to be a good one but then he started to downplay fights for his son...like vs Floyd ...like what are you in the game for if you aren't trying to be in the mix for a fight like that? I guess their plan is different - nothing really wrong with it I guess....bfter that, I basically have lost interest in Danny's career. Hopefully something changes, but Angel has killed the mood too many time for me.
My favorite moment was him trying to imitate Khan and his bunny hop at the press conference before that fight "cmon man!"

Lately, this dude has been out of the limelight because his son is non active. I really thought he was a cool guy when he admitted to being a wannabe boxer who pushed his son into the sport. He showed his boy a lot of love when he cried on TV saying Danny was the best gift God ever gave him. Positive behavior shouldn't be punished.
Any way he has many memorable moments,: calling Thurman a b ass nuccuh, after the fight he wanted Danny to quit saying they jerked off kieths nuts crying robbery. Then there was the time he knew when to step back, when Danny wasn't listening to his voice in the corner anymore. Not to mention his racist rant about cats and dogs in Chinese food. Not one to hide his opinion I see this guy as good for the sport. How long has it been since there was a politically incorrect person? Maybe Tyson? Lol. Your thoughts...
Hello
