Is this why people say DAZN is trash or......?

He was asleep before he hit the ground. Ugas just ducked a title shot against Bes***** to fight Dallas.Last edited by Mister Wolf; 12-23-2019, 02:29 PM.Comment

Yes, They make a lot of excellent fights - but it feels like every fighter has like 1 challanging fight/year and then any other fight is just appearance + pay-check, without even slight risk.
Garcia vs Redkach, Ugas vs Dallas Jr.... there's just nothing interesting about those fights.
I mean, I understand not every fight has to be the toughest possible one, but at least A level could fight some guys with some upside, not completely overmatched C level fighters out of their depth.Comment

I wonder what Haymon has in store for Ugas. He is the one guy near the Top of the 147lbs "food chain" who should actively be seeking a fight vs Crawford because after his fight vs Porter, Ugas definitely cemented himself into the "HIGH risk low reward" category for the other PBC top guys.
That being said, Crawford should also be seeking a fight vs Ugas if he can't get the others in the short term. A fight vs Ugas would give us a "real" tangible barometer.Comment

Maybe but let's not act like an Ugas couldn't move the needle on Bud's resume. I had Ugas winning the Porter fight.Comment

Ugas needs to be Spence tuneup since they had him turn down a title shot against Bes*****. Can you explain to me the logic behind Ugas turning down a title shot without sounding like a shill? Please give it a try.Last edited by Mister Wolf; 12-23-2019, 02:47 PM.Comment

That being said, that doesn't prevent Bud from trying to be "proactive".Comment
