Because Danny can fight the likes of Redkach and still use his name in hopes of making a big fight.

Ugas, on the other hand, whom is a formidable guy at 147 that can easily be overlooked by fighting a stiff in Mike Dallas, can't afford to take forgettable fights like this.

Another way to look at it is that Ugas doesn't have much pull so he has to take what fights are given him while Garcia actively chooses shi tty fighters to protect his paydays.

Danny does mix in tune ups with big fights but no way in hell would anyone take on Ugas before having the Spence/Pacquiao fights a few months afterwards. Just dumb to think otherwise.

How about guys like Josecito Lopez or Ray Robinson. Neither guy has a fight scheduled and either they would be better opponents than someone who lost to current 130lb champion Tevin Farmer 3 years ago.
