Crawford needs to stop stalling and jump on that Porter fight

FOX is not worried about Crawford and they aren't going to give him a shot because they don't need him.

I know the boxing nerds are gonna say legacy and all that stuff but these companies are in business to make money. They're going to do what's best for their bottom lines. Wilder vs Fury is good for their bottom line.

Porter would be Crawford's best opponent at 147, and he has zero leverage to get a bigger fight. If Porter is the only Welterweight that Bud can get from PBC right now, I agree. Jump on it. There aren't any better Welterweights available, and Ugas is a riskier and less rewarding fight IMO.

He won't. Knowing Crawford his next fight is probably gonna be Mike Alvarado

I agree with everything you said but you lose me at ugas is more risky than Porter because Porter can crack respectably much more than Ugas who's featherfisted by comparison imo,& right now Porter can derail any potential Spence fight down the line which is exactly why I don't think Crawford wants that smoke when hes already been ranked p4p#1 for beating cans for years,so why would he take a huge risk with a non beltholder just to get paid around the same amount anyways & right after "basically" getting dropped by Mean machine especially? The answer should be obvious: BECAUSE HES FACED CANS & NEEDS A MARQUEE NAME,but unfortunately I don't think Buds genuinely after fighting the fighters that are considered a true challenge unless they are Spence or Pacquiao aka legacy cashout fights that are also not happening anytime in immediate future. Thats why he signed with Top rank where fighters have a built in excuse & are still ranked higher than fighters like Spence who actually is fighting the best possible opponents

There’s no reason for him to fight someone at pbc unless it’s Spence or Pacquiao. Anyone else is just a ranked guy and he can find plenty of those.

Arum can't afford either one of those guys and Crawford has no leverage. He'd have to do the fight on PBC on Fox PPV. Back to the original point. Fox doesn't need him

As a boxing fan don't you want Spence vs Crawford to happen?
