How about he was/is medicated heavily after extensive dental work or other issues he's having in general after the accident. Sugar chit poster man.

So what if he enjoys a few drinks on a night out? So do most people. Obviously he shouldn't drive after drinking and hopefully that's a lesson he's learned, but other than that let the young man enjoy his life.

The bottom line is he should be trying to clean up his image a bit . If I was his publicist I would have him so a 30 day treatment program to shut everyone up and tell him to at the very least dont drink in public. But this is boxing so they wont do that . It's silly how these guys drink at the fights , very few atg fighters have been heavy drinkers ......longevity doesnt exist in this sport with mass alchohol consumption ....it is what it is . But Spence should def lay off the sauce for a while imo but to each their own . But this accident wouldnt be the first time fans / pundits have called spence out on his drinking that was just the nail in the coffin . No one wants to see a great talent be the next broner . And that's a possibility with anyone if they cant lay off the sauce
