Comments Thread For: Frank Warren: I Would Make Dubois vs. Joshua Now

Frank Warren says he would be confident in matching Daniel Dubois against unified world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua. Dubois, 22, is viewed as one of Britain's bright heavyweight prospects and is back in action on Saturday when he takes on Kyotaro Fujimoto. The undefeated youngster, who is rumoured to have had the better of spars with Joshua in the past, fights the Japanese at the Copper Box Arena in London, exclusively live on BT Sport.

Warren heard it, the sound of breaking glass. The sound the wind makes blowing through a crystal chandelier. Andy ran AJ out of America, had him tip toeing and walking on eggshells in Diarrhea. AJ has lost a lot of respect, Willy Lump Lump wants a piece of him. People are going to try to knock his head off from now on.

Look at Dubois's last few opponents. They aren't even ranked in the top-20.

There is no way Frank Warren would match Dubois with Joshua now.

Frank Warren talks a good game when it comes to Danny Doobwah. But then he matches him against an extra out of Takeshi's Castle. Actions speak louder than words.

Just using the name of Joshua to get publicity. He knows his fighter isn’t ready even to tie Joshua’s shoe laces. If he is ready then why is he fighting bums and not top rated fighters? There are many top 10 heavyweights without fights right now, match them with this bum.

Thats Franks business model, look at Anthony Yarde or Fury before he fought Wlad etc etc.

I say let's give Dubois a few more fights first in order to season before throwing him in to the lions. He needs more time to develop.

Fish eyes just drumming up media for his fighter. They all do it. We have Hearn and his doper cheat PEDillian doing this for 2 years - getting his name in the press by repeating wilder over and over

Fujimoto? Dubbie can fight 10 of these guys and not be ready. I never heard of a Japanse heavyweight boxer. Who does he spar with?
