The Martinez fight was the draw, but not good enough for the casuals. Hearn needed a name, so he exhumed Chavez. He went commission shopping for his cadaver, as Chavez hasn't shown signs of life for years. The fact that people are complaining about it now is like watching someone cry about buying the Brookyn bridge.

He did broke him, the broken nose and eye gash were both caused by punches, Chavez didnt wanted to continue with a broken nose and easily quits. And you're right, Chavez did landed some good punches, and even so he still quit.

Even with this new trainer i feel jacobs still fought to passively. Has he lost the aggressiveness needed to press the action in fights he seems more reactive these days instead of proactive?
