Floyd was already washed up when he schooled Pac 9 rounds to 3. Then he schooled 2 time world champ Berto.

The McGregor and Tenshin fights were just publicity stunts for easy money. For all intents and purposes, Floyd retired with the Berto win.

Floyd is 24-0-0-0 in fights against people who won at least one world title, 26-0-0-0 in world title fights, a 5 division world champion, and a 4 division lineal champion.

He has nothing to prove to anybody in any context.

          He beat Pac and Canelo.

Those two scalps alone should make him Fighter of the Decade. Since his sons keep winning.

Floyd beat pac and canelo at the back end of his career not to diminish the great win pac had vs thurman but floyds wins hold much more value I mean lets be real Thurman is hardly ATG material is he?

plus he never lost never got ktfo and retired undefeated with a ton of money nothing left to prove best of his era end of story

When Floyd retired there were no boxers to fight.

Thurman was fighting the Zavecks (who?) of the world, Spence hadn't fought Brook yet, Porter lost to Brook, Danny PASSED on the fight which was offered at 147...Crawford had just moved to 140, Canelo hadn't fought GGG yet...literally nobody for Floyd to fight...no JWWs, WWs or JMWs to fight after Floyd beat Manny.

Floyd coming back for any if Thurman, Porter, Spence, Crawford, or any JMW would've been GREAT...FOR US. But Floyd fought McGregor which is now the #2 grossing fight ever and a special event in its own right. Hard for me to mad at the man for choosing that over anything else.

And the exhibition was an exhibition...more confused why people hold that against him. Easy $9 mill...

Tenshin was not a fight it was an ex. Also your favorite fighter would do the same thing if he could. Troll thread.

Pacquiao gets 7 figures for going life or death with Keef.

Mayweather gets 8 figures+ for a few rounds with Tenshin.

Mayweather gets 9 figures for an easy sparring session with McGregor.

Now, come on man. If you were in the spot with the brand and the name, you would do what Floyd did. Everyone here knows damn well they would.
