That’s a good way of looking at things, he isn’t getting that sort of money at PBC for sure. And it’s for a unification as well with no string attached, well apart from the strings attached to these muppets by Haymon it seems.
What I don’t get is, Haymon is meant to be their adviser, he is supposed to work for them.
But Haymon main priority with his top names is his own network deals with FOX and Showtime. And some of these guys rely on him so much, and they trust his judgement.Comment

Which just proves my point that B-sides cross the street, A-sides don't. Ruiz won by knockout, which is what you usually have to do when you cross the street for a one off.
I'll give you kudos for the Tyson reference. Well done.
A-sides aren't in the business of taking big risks. They have the leverage. If Charlo fights Andrade, it should be Andrade crossing the street. If Charlo fights Canelo, it should be Charlo crossing the street. That's how boxing works.
What if Tom Brown offered Canelo 50 million to fight Charlo on Fox PPV? It's way more than he's currently making on DAZN. Is the onus on Canelo to cross the street to fight Charlo just because Tom Brown made a big offer? No. That's not how boxing works.
But in any case, Canelo is contractually tied to DAZN, Charlo isn't contractually tied to Fox.Comment

You gotta love the roller coaster of a narrative these crazy PBC guys are spouting. Its laughable which is good with me cuz i like a laugh. Ive seen plenty of talk of Andrade hiding from Charlo, Andrade ducking Charlo, Come fight Charlo. But now Andrade and DAZN have made an offer its "I want Charlo to deal with other fighters 1st" "Its a Lowball". "Eddie wont budge the onus is on him".
Its cringe worthy.Comment

First off, I avoid calling fighters names like that. They fight in the sport I love and I give them the proper respect whether or not I am a fan of theirs. I've criticized both GGG and Canelo when it's warranted. As for Lomachenko, I've haven't spoken of him much at all in either a positive or negative light.
So, I have no idea who you are lumping in me in with when you reference me as "all you dudes". I know it must be hard for you to grasp but some people enjoy watching fighters regardless of promotion, network or any other silliness.
I don't see you in the threads when we calling out these fighters SO you seem to fit in with those that protect certain fighters like the ones I named & show up when its these fighters that they are ducking.Comment
