that's interesting.Oh man, I've been on four or five docs and **** of the sort and they sell the rights from channel to channel so it's hard to say. Clearly that's a TLC cut but what TLC bought I don't know. The studios are named **** like "Fire*******" and "Mammoth", nothing that really attaches crew to channel. Except Showtime/CBS. They're just Showtime/CBS.

I make prosthetics for a living, have done since 19. My work on trans products gets all the attention though. Politics made that demographic matter even though they're less than a percent of a percent. It is what it sounds like, prosthetics to help a man appear like a woman or vice versa but most people are interested in man to woman. Like hollywood special effects but with higher quality medical grade material and lower quality appliers; customers are not FX makeup department.

No, it's not a terribly big money maker. A lot of vehemence when it comes to trans not so much in way of numbers. Those who like it love it but there's not that many who actually want to dress like a lady. I don't ever have to work a proper job and if I get medical work I don't like I can just choose to not do it but I aint exactly living rich either.

No, they won't pass for more than a trans. A passing trans, one that actually looks like a girl, has too much hormones to need any prosthetics. This is for burly fellas who are dealing with internal mental issues. I have saved most of my customers from the knife. I have no issue with going full ham and chopping off the winky but I am proud to supply those who are just confused a means of figuring out their own internal struggle.

I make prosthetics for both ways but of the ladies -to- fellas I have never been asked for a full silicone bodysuit. They're mostly interested in what is essentially a titty strap to hide their **** and a funnel that allows them to use a urinal in public.
It's a funnel on the inside and a fairly standard **** -n- balls ***** on the outside. The balls end being the wide end of the funnel of course.
As for the tit strap, it is what you'd think, a big ass rubberband really. I give them some chest and back shaping, but other than that and them being medical grade silicone it's not anything but a big ass rubberband
I'm not sure if you mean how long does it take for me to make a product or a mold.
Once the mold is made the bodysuits takes about fifteen, maybe twenty minutes to fill the mold, it's an injection process, then it cures in the mold for 24 hrs., then another fifteen, maybe twenty, to "pull" which means separate the piece of the mold. In this case, three, two sides for the basic shape and a filler piece to create the hollow for the suit. Once the suit's out of the mold it's another fifteen to twenty for me to spot paint the ******s and *******.
So, about an hour of work with a 24 hour cure time cutting off the first twenty from the last twenty.
But, you can kick up cure time by a lot with some real dumbass-simple catalysts like platinum in the mix, or, heat. Like a heater and a foam insulation board box around a mold can bring down 24 to 1. So if you absolutely need to crank out suits I could probably do 10 suits in a day.
As far as the mold is concerned, at first it only took me a few months. Basically molding technique are really simple, and really, really, really old. We pretty much do the same things they were doing back in the bronze age just with better material and tools. So, I took it upon myself to make updates. I mold inside out that way my center piece is also my skin and my two sides are the inside of the skin. Why? It moves the seam from around the outside of the product for all to see to the inside of the product. Of course it was terribly difficult to sculpt but once done the concept took ages to get any competition. Beyond that I've created what I call surface tension clamped molds because I don't know what else to call them. They are what they sound like, molds who need no assistance staying closed because the fluid dynamics keeps them closed rather than pushing them open. This allows me to make molds that inject different types of silicones at once. Automatically filling breasts with silicone gel. Jiggly, bounce gel too, none of that cheap ass squish ball ****. Filling butts with firmer but still plenty bouncey ass-gel. Got the abs covered too. Since the silicones cure together without mixing I don't have to worry about glue of any kind which allows me to go thinner.
My newest mold took about three years or so but it's kind of a robot. It doesn't move, but it is a full body suit mold with no sides, just the center plug. Still inside- out so the nips are like inverted nips, butt, vag, belly, all that sculpts inward rather than out. It heats up to 750F, then it creates an static field via some parts I took out of ionic fans, then it creates a magnetic field with some electromagnets, it takes in silicone, atomizes it and then as it sprays the atomized silicone is forced through a spark gap, which of course flash heats the silicone but also forces the electrons in the air to align. Basically the mold makes a mist and then the mold attracts the droplets to it and builds the suit as per the magnetic field. I manually switch poles on it but other than that it's a fill and turn on kind of mold. I have ecig short circuit protection bits in it and everything.
it's really just some heat guns, ecigs, ion fans, magnets, spark plugs, and spray guns shoved into some boat making material in the shape of a woman.
My next mold I plan to make is a head to toe single piece suit making mold. The suit's entrance will be the mouth. The ladyskin will literally swallow the wearer whole.
I know I can do it. In fact I could put a hippo through a ******** as far as stretch is concerned, I just need money atm. It's the way of the industry.
Edit- apologize for all the **** ups, wrote this in a rush. I want to make something clear though. I do not magnetize or electrify silicone. I magnetize and electrify the air around it, and maybe a little bit the platinum in it....maybe, I dunno to be honest this mold is near my limit of understanding. I'm not 100%, but, I'm pretty sure I'm using magnets to draw in the air the silicone rides on.
