I think if a boxer doesn't fight a minimum 2 times a year he should forfeit his belts, less than once a year and they should lose their license. There is no reason these guys can't fight every 4-6 months unless they suffer an injury. It's funny how they fight 4-6 times a year until they start making money then all of a sudden they need half a year off.
