Garcia, under the PBC banner, has the flexibility to move to different promotional companies to secure the best financial incentive for himself and family because he's not tied down to contract. Meanwhile, Crawford is beholden to Top Rank not just for the rest of his career but even afterwards and can't maneuver to secure whats best financially for his family. Andrade was lied to by DAZN about getting the most lucrative fights and he's been fighting nobodies in front of no bodies and cant get out of contract to secure a big fight with Jermall on FOX.
