Wilder was emotional at the time when he said that. It was in the heat of the moment as he felt let down by Andy Ruiz' performance in the rematch with AJ.

Becoming undisputed has always been a dream and goal of Deontay Wilder's since winning the WBC title back in 2015. The problem is there are just too many ancillaries in the mix.

If those two could cut out all of the middleman in their circles including: Shelly Finkel and Eddie Hearn. Then I am pretty sure they will be able to iron out a deal between themselves in just a matter of minutes.

It's because among the combatants it's more about the glory and less about the money.

Back to pre-june whining. No way aj can "outrun" Fury and no way he can stand a power punch by Wilder.

For me the fight that still makes most financial sense is the sequel to Fury/Wilder. I saw the first fight and it was great to watch.Really looking forward to the second fight. Its like looking forward to Christmas again as a child 😉

The long running duck of Anthony Joshua is set to continue as all the same parties that made sure there was a distance kept and a constant flow of weak excuses are already back keeping a distance and making weak excuses. Once again only 1 side is calling out and saying they want to fight the other and that is Anthony Joshua again.

Obviously the PBC Wilder fans will pretend none of this is happening and they will keep saying "Joshua running, Joshua scared, Joshua dont want it" But they would be saying crap like that regardless while at the same time pretending the things ppl like Wilder, Finkel and Deas have said never happened.
Not for me .I see Wilder as a warrior and if he wants to fight Joshua he will and ignore his management as long as its a reasonable financial offer from Joshuas camp.Likewise I feel the public has a huge say in this as well.Wilder and Joshua both know what the public wants and Iam sure they want the toughest fights as well eg bragging rights.

Its what I love about this sport. It goes right back to survival of the fittest and law of the jungle eg who's the toughest.

They are in their 30s. Why can't it happen in 2020. Unlikely But you have to set bar high or rather deadline of fight near.
With Josh busy with usyk and pulev. Not sure Josh can fight 3 times in a year at this level!
But 2021 for sure and need to start arranging stuff asap

Wilder needs to stop hiding behind old men and get his pot of gold from the Saudis. Screw the loyalty bs, go and get paid and have a crack at all the belts you ****ing fraud.

All talk. This guy will never fight Wilder. To much power. But he will fight feather fisted weirdo Fury and lose to him as well.🥊

                      It should happen in 2020.

I think a 50/50 purse split on PPV gets it done. But I'm not sure if the Joshua side will be willing to cooperate with that.
