Pulev probably had a case for being the “best of the rest” during the Klitschko era but those days are history now. Pulev wasn’t really a threat to Joshua the first time they were due to fight and I don’t think he is now.Comment

AJ isn't reverting to his old self. That's what got him knocked out. As long as people feared him, he could fight his fight, but now he has to do a Parker imitation. His power has been muted, all people hear is shattered glass. Pulev won't take another penny to step aside, but Hearn will work his magic. Think, no power. Miller?Comment

Wladimir and Andy Ruiz both dropped Joshua so his chin is suspect. Pulev and his trainers know that. Joshua can easily box Pulev to another decision win. But I seriously doubt if he will box Pulev fighting back in the UK. Pulev has 48% stoppage percentage overall but only stopped 3 of 8 opponents in the last 5 years which is 38%. I think Joshua will be a little more braver in this fight.Comment

Can't Joshua just duck his mandatory for two years like Wilder?
Like Wilder...no?Comment

I'm not a Pulev fan, he isn't right either way. You don't force yourself on decent women, and you don't kiss sluts on the mouth. Just the same, his whole attitude changed about AJ, and he's thinking what I'm thinking. Even with a 30% KO ratio, AJ's chin is 30% of his. His odds improved.Comment

Wladdy had a dodgy chin too, didn't stop him going on and having a great career.
AJ will lose more fights along the way but I wouldn't rule him out vs anybody except maybe Tyson who's all wrong for him.
Wilder's just packing dynamite, he ain't much of a boxer. Yes he would KO AJ if he connected but AJ, the better boxer might land first and he's definitely got the power to KO Wilder too. That's a fun shootout in my opinion.Comment
