Funny how the legions of Ruiz bandwagon fans have dwindled down to 3 or 4. The same ones who didn’t give him a chance the first fight suddenly aren’t behind their anointed almighty champion. It’s not surprising, they’re casual fans and now they can acknowledge it by simply disappearing.

Anthony Joshua has just got too much physical and natural ability in order for Andy Ruiz to compete against. In the rematch with AJ; Ruiz looked slow, short, fat and like a very limited fighter.

He didn't look like an athlete at all who deserved to be in that professional prize ring with Anthony Joshua. He not only disgraced himself but also the sport of boxing and his legions of Chicano fans and many fans alike who believed in him.
      A mindless post this is.

Ruiz didn't properly train. He showed abiity in both fights. He hurt Joshua in the rematch in rounds four and eight, even without PROPER PREPARATION. AJ was wise to prepare for Ruiz's PROVEN ABILITY to hurt him, by training to move, stick, move, and hold. Certainly Ruiz was in no condition to chase AJ down. His defense suffered also, again, due to poor preparation and training.

Joshua is probably still having headaches thanks to Ruiz's ability shown in the first fight. Your spin is a fail, but continue self-medicating , lol.

I still believe in Ruiz, he’s got the best chin and better skills than 90% of the top fighters. However under that fat, he’s a rather small hw for this era, he’s going to have to work to overcome that.

Andy should just get away to train somewhere for about 3-4 months. Then start talking about proving folks wrong.
Ditto. Really no need to be talking ... it is what it is. Get in shape, come back and kick some butt. Or go enjoy partying.

I am not saying that Ruiz isn't a good fighter but styles makes fights and in this case, his ability is very limited when it comes to this new Anthony Joshua fighting style.

For one, he is a lot shorter than the 6'6 inch tall Joshua. While he only stands at 5'10 inches tall; Which made it very difficult for him to land many clean and flush punches against him.

Secondly, he cannot fight at short range because his feet are too slow. Which made it very hard for him to cut off the ring against AJ.

Also, he had trouble throwing enough punches because of his lack of height, reach and size which made it close to impossible for him to fight at long range.

All I am saying is this; Against a flat-footed, stationary Anthony Joshua who would engage and exchange with the much shorter and slower Andy Ruiz then maybe "The Destroyer will stand a chance against him.

However, against this fleet-footed version of Anthony Joshua who refuses to relent or give up any of his physical advantages of height, size, reach and power by fighting like the naturally bigger man, then Ruiz doesn't stand a chance of winning against him due to a lack physical ability. Even if he is in shape or no.

Ruiz is full of it and I wanted to really like the guy.he first started off losing weight to get inside Joshua head and lost alot of it at that then to gain it back in then some and then blame it on lack of training and weight gain.you see how fake that sounds.he had to be training hard to be losing all that weight in the first place lol smdh I officially lost respect for this guy

LoL, Ruiz IS 6' 2". He's so wide he looks short, but he isn't.

Thats what he said last time.

How are we going to believe him now.

What about all believers he last fight that he proved wrong.

Straight away I'll say this foodopotamus doesn't have the right to call any boxing fans haters. HE made the choice to lard out and disrespect the sport by stuffing his fat pie hole and not training properly. Yet he just can't stop talking. And BTW, I haven't seen anyone (so far) say the obeast should get a Joshua rematch. Hippopatomaphyzation Boy can forget having ANY legacy. He and his 6 pack of jelly rolls will ALWAYS be known as the blimp who took the whole title defense as a joke. Lardinator Boy just needs to sit down and be as low profile as possible. Maybe Macaroon Monsoon gets some fairly high profile fights over the next few years, but he definitely doesn't deserve another title shot. And BTW, superstar in Mexico? Newsflash: If there's anything Mexicans have it's pride and a good work ethic. So Michelin Flabasaurus just needs to forget about adulation if he goes down Mexico way again. He's certainly not even worthy of the title 'ex-champion'. Maybe Lord-Of-The-Onion-Rings.
