It's not trying to devalue the fact that Joshua holds 3 of the 4 most widely recognised titles or something silly like that is it?
I believe the point he was trying to make is that AJ turned up quite late in boxing, far later than wilder, he has already unified the division, then unified again, defended a few times, lost the belts and then regained them. He currently sits with four belts.

Meanwhile, even despite all these belts floating around- wilder has still failed to unify once.

So I interpreted that this wilder fanboy was trying to criticise his own lil man for turning down $120 million. I know he does it regularly

      WBA-R, I-WBA, and I-WBC = IBO.

By my count that is 5 champions not 7. You have AJ there 3 times and he is only 1 man. Anyway the situation is ridiculous but I don't know what can be done about it.

We’ll never have a reasonable amount of titles because four is too many and that’s the minimum amount. Three and two would be too many as well.

Umm, I think most folk would reckon Joshua as having 3 of the 4 main titles. Nobody gives a damn about the IBO and personally I'm increasingly coming round to the opinion that the rest of 'em ain't worth a hilll of beans either. Nonetheless to most of the boxing world they're still important and Joshua holds 3 and Wilder holds one.

As to the rest of it I try to steer my way around the siiliness surrounding the Joshua / Wilder rivalry, nothing more tiresome in my book that the endless rounds of 'who duckin' who' back and forth. Just this particular thread caught my eye as being based on a pretty unusual premise.

And honestly I'm not a special fan of either AJ or Wilder, but if pushed I'd probably have to say I prefer watching Deontay, even if I continue to think he's a KO waiting to happen.

I think Tyson Fury is amazing - but you're going to have to do better than an irrelevant "title" and a scripted "title" to back him up.

Funnily enough, the WWE title probably has more legitimacy than lineal in this day and age.

                  I agree

lineal means nothing, and is horribly over-rated

Fury is #1 because he beat Wilder, and will probably beat him again

I never said what I recognize. I don't matter. You don't matter. I said what the boxing world recognizes. The networks, promoters, fighters, managers and organizations don't recognize the IBO. If you do, it's because you're a brainwashed UK troll.

Can't strip because Charr is just waiting for Don King to give a date and for the Oquendo suit to progress.
