There is alot to be said about that question in an earlier comment by Kushking. So why not just say the winner gets Loma? Protection. That is the key in most cases. Even though Loma is the golden goose, I think he can handle what's thrown at him.

Man Walters was put on the shelf by Bob and hasn’t fought since Loma back in 2016.

Rig.??? You do know his next fight in 10 days is at 118lbs?? He had ZERO business fighting a weight bully at 130lbs.

Hispanic stiffs??? Man a MexiCAN Uber driver BEAT Loma! That LOSS came from a taxi driver with over 15 losses...

Because Easter beat him and Mikey Garcia only lost like 3 rounds to him.

How you think Loma look if he struggles with Comney??? All that BS Loma would beat Mikey would be laughed at. Or Mikey ducked him!

Lopez isn't big for 135 at all he's like 5'7 a struggled mightily with that 6' dude he fought... he also was visibly smaller than Regis when they stood side by side and Regis isn't what I'd consider to be a big 140 pounder... He's also a lot smaller than that Michel Rivera kid who fights at 135.

The thing about Commey is he's seemingly getting better and better with each fight. Easter was his 2nd fight in America and 1st time facing top level comp. Just how much better he's getting will be answered shortly...

Would rather see Lopez earn this shot by fighting Easter. Then winner goes for title.

Ohh I agree 100% and Commey is no joke!

But it will be a bad look if Loma struggles with Commey when Garcia didn’t with Easter.

Styles make fights and Commey has a good shot of beating Loma. And Teo has mad skills to help prepare for Athletes like Loma.

Well maybe he's struggling with the weight because he's not training right? Either way, he has been struggling with 135 for some time, and his Father said a long time back that he would move to 140 in 2020! We'll see very soon!

Let’s see it!!!...but why not just say Loma fights the winner?

Is Arum saying Commey will not get the fight if he somehow upsets Lopez?

More evidence that this is not a sport anymore for Top Rank. Champions should crown themselves through beating the best.

If you have to manufacture their records and block great fighters what are we celebrating? Boxing will keep pushing the scripted envelope until there are no fans left.
