Seriously to all the little minded people who cant read and have an agenda you guys can just stop.

The article was literally comparing what Lopez had said to what Arum said.

    Teo said 50/50
    Arum says 95/5

    That's it.

But no. Read into something that's not there to fit your **** ass agenda because you hate Lomachenko so much. Commey wasnt mentioned because hes not the guy running his mouth. Hes not the guy who said 50/50. In fact Loma was supposed to fight him last year! But he pulled out with an injury which forced Lomachenko to fight a mandatory.

Everyone has known for ages that Lomachenkos next fight will be the teo/commey winner. Lomachenko wants Lopez because that guy and his daddy were running their mouths.

I agree with a lot of people on here. That is the question they should have asked Arum if Commey were to win, does that secure him a fight with Loma. Lopez did not have a great performance last time and Commey did so so with Beltran but not as shaky as Lopez was with Nakatani. Lopez could blame it on not being mentally focused cause of family affairs but he himself exposed his own weakness of fighting tall fighters with a reach advantage. The question is why are they persevering on a fight with Loma/Lopez? Is it because they believe it's a big money fight? Or are they setting up Lopez for early failure? Or is it because Loma wants to fight Lopez regardless since he's talked too much?

He's also a lot smaller than that Michel Rivera kid who fights at 135.
Lopez has struggled to make weight his last two fights. There's more to it than meets the eye.

He IS big for 135. Everyone is, because everyone fights 2 classes below their actual weight class.

I just think it's more of a lack of discipline like we often see with a lot of other fighters. They try to use the ole out grown the weight class as an excuse when they have a bad performance or 2 when it's really not the case, but hey I could be wrong maybe he will be more comfortable at 140 but either way I'm just saying he's def not big for either weight Lopez is a small dude...

Most of the top guys at 140 right now outside of maybe Regis are pretty big like Taylor and Ramirez who are 5'9 5'10ish..

arum already said he would fight the winner. this is a news bite based on him responding to a question about lopez hence why lopez is the focus. it doesnt mean the commey fight now won't happen because that has been addressed many times just not in this particular news bite.

Are you implying that Commey has a better shot than Lopez does at beating Loma?

Got you. Can you recall in any recent interviews with Loma if he had said he would fight the winner of Commey/Lopez?

yes thats exactly what they are implying. its pretty crazy since they just tried to fight commey this year and commey wasn't ready. now because arum didn't mention commey since he was responding to a lopez question loma is ducking commey. these are the same people that pretend wilder turning down 100 million wasn't a duck yet arum not mentioning commey one single time when he has said hundreds of time loma will fight the winner is a duck. agenda. tribalists.

“But let’s see, we must also wait for the fight of Commey and Teofimo in December.” -lomachenko

Loma's desire is to wait unless there is a big offer from overseas to fight this year in which case we will take a fight this year," Arum said. "Otherwise he is going to wait for the winner of that fight."
