Yes he has done very little at 147. Much less than Spence who some say is ducking Crawford. Spence fought champions back to back and holds two belts. Crawford made his choice resigning with Arum knowing he could make top dollar fighting lesser guys he could so easily beat with almost no risk of losing a fight.
