Assuming PBC is the only option I think he needs to get right back in there with someone like Breazeale. Both guys need a big win to redeem themselves. Gerald Washington and Charles Martin would also make sense.

I voted Ortiz which makes sense ,if that fight happens Ruiz gets back on the win column .The loser doesn't see any title shot particularly Ortiz who is pushing middle age here.
