No it isn’t. Fury beat Klitschko during his reign. Wilder beat Ortiz twice. Those two opponents are better than Joshua and anyone he’s fought. Wilder and Fury also fought each other and Joshua won’t fight them!

That basic point was in a wider context of my point on how Wladmir Klitscko was a much better focused boxer who showed up vs AJ. That was evident, he didn't even try to land on Tyson Fury. Even in the lead up to the fight his mind was elsewhere.
You can compare both his face offs with Tyson Fury, the first one he's half asleep..not bothered. the second one he's totally focused, resulting in tyson fury faking an injury to skip it, then going in to 'retirement'.
His age, at 40-41 when he boxed AJ did factor into his stamina, but he's a guy in exceptionally good conditioning, far far better than the likes of Ortiz..and even that 50% tyson fury wilder has been in with.
lennox lewis got knocked out by Rahman because he hadn't trained properly and his mind was involved in other things ie Ocean's 11.
We've seen what happened to AJ when his mind wasnt focused on Ruiz.

Povetkin beat Chagaev, a guy who beat Valuev and had only lost to klitschko. Battered hasim rahman in 2 rounds (rahman was 40 at the time).
