You do realize that the Joshua you're speaking of when asked when he'd fight Wilder responded that they should go fight Wilder themselves. No matter what Joshua says now the truth is he wants no part of wilder.

Nonsense, because Wilder didnt start boxing until he was 19/20. Yet he's had 43 fights. AJ is a money-making asset, hence there's been a whole lot of marketing and hype done for him but little actual fighting. 24 fights at 30 yrs old is a disgrace.

Hence my point - maximum return on investment with the lowest risk. This is the approach as evidenced by the quantity of opponents, as well as quality. The best opponent on his resume is Wlad who had one foot in retirement. You'd expect better from a 4-belt world champ.

But feel free to defend this newfound business approach to boxing, designed to extract as much cash from fans like you as possible. The endpoint is a future where HW champs fight once a year if we're lucky, against opponents they're guaranteed to beat. In between that we get marketing appearances on talk shows and docs to keep the interest on the phony champ going (like Joshua's chat show and media parade on TV).

If he tried to outbox Wilder like that he would do it easily, but only until he got hit with that fast, long right hand of Wilder's, at which point it would be game over for AJ. He doesn't have Fury's recuperative powers, so one good punch from Wilder would be all it took.

But I'm not buying this dumb idea that AJ not being able to KO Ruiz means that he can't KO Wilder either, and would need to use the same tactics against Deontay that he just used against Andy.

I don't believe Wilder could handle AJ's power any better than AJ could handle his. But AJ is much better at using his jab to set up powerful right hands, and can also hit hard with either hand at mid/close range, which Wilder can't do.

There is a reason why Wilder's handlers wouldn't let him fight AJ for any amount of money before AJ lost to Ruiz, and that reason still applies. Wilder won't fight AJ unless he loses his WBC title to Fury, because if he does, he will most likely get brutally KTFO.
I don't agree but still your viewpoint is fair enough. Maybe we'll find out soon.

I wish y'all wouldn't do this again. It's like youse like being puppets. Just blame both sides and the fight will happen quicker.

I think Wilder knocks Joshua out within 3 rounds. I think Joshua's team believe's that too.

It’s intersting that any such fights “must”
(According to Eddie Hearn) take place on dazn when Joshua doesn’t even have a contract with dazn

I believe AJ is a smart enough and way better technical boxer with enough power to defeat fury but as for wilder cause of the iffy chin wilder wins that while cause wilder is ila one trick pony who doesn't mix up his punches and has little technical ability and only goes head hunting fury beats wilder again. Each heavyweight is each other kryptonite
