He’ll be remembered more for his loss than for his victory. What a shame.

How the hell do u not train for a championship fight? If that’s the case he should have walked to the ring drop the belts off then leave and get back on the plane. That’s some bs I lost a lot of respect for ruiz.

You got to question is mentality. Does that mean Ruiz is weak mentally? I mean just look at Wilder! Even when he is fighting a bum he is always well prepared. That's why Wilder was verbally having a go at Ruiz on athletic last night. He turned up in a worse shape than last time.

Lost a ton of respect for this fool. I hope Joshua doesn't even give him a third fight. Work your way back and show your serious about the sport

A lot of these fighters a glorified con men. You can't trust them.
But why are you just now realizing this? We've seen it for years, but in terms of big fights, we saw it with Manny against Floyd:

Roach: Manny's going to knock him out in 6 rounds, we've been preparing for this for YEARS!

Manny: I feel better than ever! God will deliver him unto me!

Bob Arum: You have to understand, I was his promoter for 10 and a half years, I know, I've seen slippage, I've never seen Manny punch this fast!

                  ** After the fight **

                  Manny: My shoulder...

Bob Arum: Well, there were some injuries and we don't know how that affected the fight, so

                  Roach:

Joshua trained hard and fought a great fight, avenged his loss, full credit to him. He showed some skills we haven't seen before.

Respect to Andy for partying all day every day, eating all the food and burgers and tortas, getting up from the couch to fight Joshua in his best shape and still scaring him to death, but he did lie to his fans.
