I see nearly direct parallels to Duran-Leonard I+II. Nearly identical paths with Duran winning 1st, then with all that cash for 1st time, partying for months, then having to train down again and wasn't able to chase down a running Leonard in 2nd fight. It didn't spell the end for Duran, but he really had to work to remake himself. Even their ages were near identical. Picture Andy getting Duran, or even Tyson to train him and coming back as a 235 lb. 6'3" Mike Tyson who can take a hell of a punch. I'm just saying the potential is there. Don't discount Ruiz. He's got very good skills and hand speed. If he lightens up, works on his foot speed and countering, he's in the thick of it again. I really don't think we've seen his best. Only glimpses.

Just because he beat the chubby Mexican guy that knocked him the **** out earlier in the year doesn't mean he's back on top. He's right to adopt that "running and protect his chin" style, though. I think the winner of Wilder/Fury is the top guy.

Come on bruv. You saw what you saw. He landed to good shots but the power was not there. The fight outside of a few highlight punches was a snoozer. He could probably jab and grab Usyk to a win but Fury is the master jab and grabber. With Wilder, its obvious that the chin issues place him in danger without the power. Looks like 2020 will be the year of mandos for AJ.

Ortiz got a 7 million at least guarantee for the wilder fight. You said Hearn offered 7 million and Hearn certainly gives no upside or reasonable rematch deals. Last check 7=7 but I don’t know maybe not in england.
