Yeah they have the same number of fights but Hrgovic is way ahead on the rankings. I guess he's been moved a long a little better with slightly better opponents and has fought all around the world not just in Canada where arguably no one will ever see him.

... not much of a dark horse -- he's ranked as the 4th fighter in Russia by Boxrec to date... but he's #1, tbh...

It seems like boxing in Montreal needs a little shot in the arm of some kind. Now that Beterbiev is getting more attention maybe they'll make a big fight at the Bell after his defense in China? Didn't Arum claim he doens't sell in Montreal or something though. Honestly I don't know much about the scene over there but I like to sponge up as much as I can.
Like the names you mentioned although Takam can be a little too much right away
Also not sure if your going to catch Beterbiev in Montreal again
Seems to me that it’s gone back to mtl boxers having to leave the city to get fights
Beterbiev being a great example , Ulysse as of late ( Gym seems to be taking the easy route by co-promotions
Montréal needs a lot more than a shot in the arm lol

Arslanbek isn't a top 10 WBC guy so its not possible.

The fight itself is to risky for Wilder and the rewards don't match the losses if Wilder gets knocked out from the giant puncher himself.

I'd take Hrgovic over Arslan, to smart and awkward. I think Hrgovic is going to get a title at some point.

Hrgovic has a bad habit of clinching, holding and hitting, and sticking his left arm out too long before throwing the right. These tactics would be an open invitation for Makh to launch his sledgehammer uppercut through Hrgovic's jaw. He would then ragdoll him into the ropes with rights and lefts. The whole fight may be over within 3 rounds.
