Ruiz needs that last pay day. He can't get it from no one else.
He's already living life of a king. He needs that money to keep up.
I believe team AJ will move on, there are other fishes to fry.

          Sadly, no.

He did not make it a good fight to earn the shot at the moneymaker.

Unfortunately, I like Andy, but he's NEVER been in shape his entire professional boxing life. He's just not that kind of guy. The only way he can justify a rematch is if he comes back at 240 shredded and gets a string of victories. Novelty is off.

He won't do it. He's not driven. That's ok. Hopefully he saves the money this time around.

WTF is the hype that will make anyone interested in this fight? What,,, Ruiz will promise not to eat any tacos and snickers next time and listen to his corner next time ?
            Yes or NO....
Maybe down the line, but next? NO
Ruiz didn’t do enough to merit one.. that fight lacked drama and excitement. Something fans want to see if you gonna have sequels.

Joshua should fight wilder or fury or usyk.
Ruiz should go back to the drawing board and make a 3rd fight intriguing.

              I agree with this.

Ruiz, ironically, seemed to have lost the hunger when it comes to Boxing. Has been too busy working on his morbid obesity and living the high life. If he could go away and take a camp seriously and find the real fire that was needed, I think he would give AJ serious problems. But we won't see it because AJ and Hearn will want to move on to more lucrative fights. Can't really blame them either, why give Ruiz a third chance? Ruiz played right into their hands with that atrocious performance.

Even if he trained, he's not beating that Style. He is the much shorter guy and has never had good footwork. Joshua fighting like that beats him every time

Yeah I don't think we'll see the third one either even though AJ did say if Andy wants the rematch he can have.. but the guy says a lot of things, like "I'm going for the knockout" when he never had the balls to even try and get a knockout, but I would watch it if I was convinced Andy would take it serious and get in shape and let those hands go.

You're probably right it's not like Andy is the best ever and unbeatable, but let's put in another ref in there for the rematch and let them fight inside a bit, and lets see Andy take it serious and without issues in camp then we'll see how it goes.

I really don’t want to see anything else from Ruiz.

                    That was sad.

If an in shape Ruiz came to fight tonight, he might have been able to create more of those scary moments for Joshua, and earlier in the fight. Maybe he wouldn't have let Joshua learn that he has the skills to comfortably outbox Ruiz.

But he didn't and Joshua did learn that he can, so a third fight is pointless.
