    Did AJ buy the ref?

    Before all the AJ fans flame me hear me out. If you watch the fight without sound like I did because mannix & crew are some biased corrupt Dazn home fighter nutriders;

    You will notice that the ref is what actually decided the fight as if he literally was working for team AJ heres why. Whenever Ruiz closed the distance & started trading up close with AJ,the ref would already be in between them & then he would push Ruiz way far away from AJ so he will then have to attack AJ for a long time just to finally get in range again,& then the ref would be right back doing the exact same thing the entire fight & more as it wore on every single time that AJ wasn't successful in running for his life from Ruiz.

    That was a truly pathetic performance from AJ,I will never see him as anything but a complete glassjaw coward from now on.

          I agree. I kept thinking, "Terrible ref," during the fight.

          I don't think it was the deciding factor (plus it's up to Ruiz to adjust), but still. The ref was terrible.

              What did you expect? They weren't going to select a ref who would allow infighting. Obviously.

              The ref actually screwed up a lot. He was calling them to stop punching but not getting in between them. And Ruiz carried on punching. Joshua was getting really pi$$ed off - he knew that wasn't what was supposed to happen.

              And, yes, DAZN commentary was unbelievably biased.

              But... AJ is the A side. You want to have more leverage? Then be the A side. Joshua has earned that position.

              And he fought a nearly perfect fight for the conditions.

                The ref didn’t make any discernible difference in this “fight”. Ruiz turned in a pathetic performance. 15 pounds heavier, 2 months late to camp according to Robles, and blindly following Joshua around the ring, all the while, abandoning his jab. Terrible fight.

                    Don't even try bro.

                    AJ and Hearn are Gods to their dlckriders. Nothing they do is wrong and AJ is the best fighter since Ali.

                    Nothing you do or say will convince them otherwise.
