michael moorer was never a cruiserweight
, he went directly from light heavy to heavyweight. pretty much common knowledge in my book.
seems like a lot of people believe moorer was a great cruiser though he never fought at the weight once.

thompson lost to way too many average fighters to be considered great, even at a division like cruiserweight
beating a 23 year old prospect with a glass jaw who ran on a treadmill isnt that big of a deal. his win over rothman was much more significant.
