'The Cat' was the pioneer of the "block with face" defensive technique, which is very similar in it's execution to Ali's 'rope-a-dope'. The best example was the Haye fight when he let Haye have a free reign on his face for 4 rounds, absorbing endless punishment (which he is more capable than most at doing due to the fact he has the IQ of an 8 year old) before stopping him in the fifth. Don't forget this is the man who retired Chris Eubank.
