Not interested in a trilogy fight. I think Ruiz's next fight will be with the polish guy on PBC. Wilder meets Fury in Feb. AJ waits, negotiations breakdown and they just keep fighting whoever is in line at their own networks.

Too bad he won't go anywhere near gypsy b---h or the bronze bomber. Everyone wave bye bye to those belts and any kind of unification. They're going back into captivity for the next 5yrs. While Aj fights soft touches.

        Well that's presumption isn't it?
Yeah, mandatories will be a dull stretch, unless they happily fragment them, which isn't very likely.

Not sure I’m interested in a third fight. Ruiz should be embarrassed coming in 15 pounds heavier belly hanging over his trunks. The weight clearly affected his hand speed and he looked slow and plodding. AJ got caught with a couple of good right hands but they were never enough to shake him up. If he fight Wilder the question arises if he gets hit with the right hand can he stay upright. Kudos to AJ for decisively winning and shame on Ruiz for coming in undisciplined and overweight. Eddie Hearn of course throwing out his BS like AJ is the greatest heavyweight of all time.

AJ boxed circles around him!! Literally!! Ruiz's supporters should be mad at him for coming in a cheeseburger away from obesity!! He only has himself to blame...cong**** to AJ!

Respect to AJ for having the discipline and conditioning to box off the back foot and out point Ruiz.

Both still lose to Wilder and Fury, but both can he gatekeepers of the division.

I'm don't buy that it was the weight Ruiz looked how he always does to me.
Pedestrian, no jab, no feints, the slowest feet I've seen in an age just following him around eating jabs. This is a guy who has boxed since 6yrs old and won over a 100 amateur fights? I didn't see no adjustments, anything.

He was like it in the first when he had AJ out on his feet way too patient, waiting and waiting for AJ to initiate an exchange and hold his feet and was only throwing single shots for most part when it was his handspeed and combinations that was causing the success. I was amazed he didn't let AJ off the hook completely then.

This was very similar to Lewis-Tua. Sometimes you have to fight smart which doesn't always mean entertaining but it's about the W.

Ruiz will always have trouble with this style. If Parker could do it why can't Joshua...

It was quite a poor fight and I lost money on it as well as on Povetkin to beta Hunter, but thank God I did a counter bet of £150 povetkin vs Hunter draw to win £3,800, covering £2,200 in losses. For the record, I had Hunter winning. I got lucky today!
